Two-Tier Development Program
Overview:
Leachy Elite Training offers two professional-level team development options designed for
travel programs seeking structured, data-driven player growth. Each model provides
individualized feedback, measurable results, and efficient scheduling — maximizing both
player improvement and program organization.
Tier 1: Base Model (Training + Player Profiles) — $5,000/month
per team
• Two hours of weekly team hitting instruction (8 hours/month)
• Weekly individual swing video with voiceover feedback for each player
• Individual LET player profile pages hosted on the website with ongoing metric updates
(exit velocity, swing data, progress tracking)
• Coaches/Players/Families have access to all player profiles and weekly feedback
summaries for team-wide visibility
Ideal for teams seeking a professional hitting structure that provides individualized
instruction within a group environment. The Base Model can be used year-round — both
in-season and off-season.
Tier 2: Premium Model (Full Coordinator + Game Evaluation) —
$6,500/month per team
• Everything included in the Base Model
• One full game-day visit per month (two games observed: 2-same day Tourney Games or
Doubleheader) (Games to be played local to Sacramento Region).
• In-game evaluation and comparative analysis integrated into each player’s profile
Designed for in-season implementation, the Premium Model offers the complete
professional hitting department experience — merging weekly practice data with live-game
performance analysis.
Value Overview:
For families:
• Base Model = approximately $90–$105 per week per player (based on 12–14 player
roster)
• Premium Model = approximately $115–$135 per week per player
• Both models cost less per week than a single private one-hour hitting lesson ($150) while
providing ongoing team training, individual voiceovers, and player profiles.
*Rates listed apply to Sacramento-area programs. Additional travel fees may apply for teams
located outside the greater Sacramento region. Travel fees will be determined based on
distance, facility location, and time commitment for each session or game-day evaluation.
Program rates do not include facility or cage rental fees. Teams are responsible for securing
practice space and covering any facility rental costs directly with their host location.

This 4-day indoor camp delivers instruction focused on development and player growth with Coach Leachy (former MLB player and pro scout). High reps, and data-driven (Rapsodo/Radar Gun) feedback.
Camp Highlights
• Every camper receives a camp hat/shirt, a personal L.E.T. Profile featuring a headshot, max Exit Velocity, and best swing video with voice-over analysis by Coach Leachy.
• Pizza Thursday celebration and a baseball movie to close camp.
