Leachy Elite Training offers two professional-level team development options designed for
travel programs seeking structured, data-driven player growth. Each model provides
individualized feedback, measurable results, and efficient scheduling — maximizing both
player improvement and program organization.
Tier 1: Base Model (Training + Player Profiles) — $5,000/month
per team
• Two hours of weekly team hitting instruction (8 hours/month)
• Weekly individual swing video with voiceover feedback for each player
• Individual LET player profile pages hosted on the website with ongoing metric updates
(exit velocity, swing data, progress tracking)
• Coaches/Players/Families have access to all player profiles and weekly feedback
summaries for team-wide visibility
Ideal for teams seeking a professional hitting structure that provides individualized
instruction within a group environment. The Base Model can be used year-round — both
in-season and off-season.
Tier 2: Premium Model (Full Coordinator + Game Evaluation) —
$6,500/month per team
• Everything included in the Base Model
• One full game-day visit per month (two games observed: 2-same day Tourney Games or
Doubleheader) (Games to be played local to Sacramento Region).
• In-game evaluation and comparative analysis integrated into each player’s profile
Designed for in-season implementation, the Premium Model offers the complete
professional hitting department experience — merging weekly practice data with live-game
performance analysis.

• Base Model = approximately $90–$105 per week per player (based on 12–14 player
roster)
• Premium Model = approximately $115–$135 per week per player
• Both models cost less per week than a single private one-hour hitting lesson ($150) while
providing ongoing team training, individual voiceovers, and player profiles.
